                                    ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

                                                MAY 21, 2013

10:30 A.M.      Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Richard B. Gorden,

                        Ellen W. Abelson and Mark J. Mazur.

1. The Board signed several documents summarizing our Fiscal Year 2013 exemptions.

2. The Board noted that Joanne Graziano has been appointed the new Chief of the Bureau of Local Assessment.

3. The Board read an approval notice from the State for a special request to abate under M.G.L. Chapter 58 Section 8.

4. The Board granted a Fiscal Year 2013 abatement in conjunction with the State approval under M.G.L. Chapter 58 Section 8.

5. The Board agreed to meet with a taxpayer who was dissatisfied with their Fiscal Year 2013 abatement. The Board also discussed their case.

6. The Board discussed the status of a pending ATB case. The Board decided to make no further changes to their settlement offer.

7. The Board decided to hold their next meeting at 1:30 P.M. on Tuesday, June 4, 2013.
